This is the first book to be published by Hakim Publishing. It is a resume of the spiritual and worldly insights of Dr. Ibrahim Kreps from 34 years of psychiatric practice, 30 years on the spiritual path and 59 years on the path of life.
It is divided into chapters on the essential dimensions of modern living - Psychology, Spirituality, Philosophy, Daily Living, Politics, Law and Medicine.
The structure is based on aphorisms (short statements of essential truths), vignettes (case studies from life and from psychiatric practice) and commentary. Through the means of aphorisms it is hoped that the reader can gain insight into the myths and realities of modern life and in this way manage better his own existence.
